The delegations consisted of the individual coordinators of the European Agenda for Adult Learning and experts from the field of adult and vocational education.

The study visit was designed by the team at the National Coordination Point (NCP) for the European Agenda for Adult Learning in Germany.

The programme was put together based on the interests of the participants:

• Insights into adult and continuing education in Germany

• Insights into the use of micro-credentials in adult education in Germany

• Insights into dual education and training and dual study programmes in Germany

• Visit to the Koblenz Chamber of Crafts with

a guided tour of the construction centre with workshops for mechatronics, solar technology and heat pumps, painting and varnishing, and woodworking

• Technical discussion with Telekom about the practical implementation of dual study programmes.
