Was ist Erasmus+ und für wen? Erasmus+ ist das Bildungsprogramm der Europäischen Union für Bildung, Jugend und Sport . Wir, die Nationale Agentur beim BIBB, sind Ihre Ansprechpartnerin für Projekte und Partnerschaften in der Berufsbildung und Erwachsenenbildung . Ob Azubi, Ausbilderin oder Ausbilder, Lernende oder Lernender in der Erwachsenenbildung, Kursleitung, Bildungseinrichtung oder Unternehmen – Erasmus+ eröffnet Möglichkeiten für Lernen im Ausland und internationale Zusammenarbeit. Im Programm Erasmus+ definieren wir die zwei Bildungsbereiche wie folgt: Berufsbildung Berufsbildung umfasst die Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung junger Menschen und Erwachsener mit dem Ziel, sie für die Ausübung eines Berufs sowie für den allgemeinen Arbeitsmarkt zu qualifizieren. Diese kann in formalen und non-formalen Lernumgebungen auf allen Ebenen des Europäischen Qualifikationsrahmens ( EQR ) stattfinden. Im Programm Erasmus+ werden Projekte gefördert, die sich auf die berufliche Erstausbildung oder die berufliche Weiterbildung konzentrieren. Erwachsenenbildung Erwachsenenbildung richtet sich an Erwachsene nach der Erstausbildung und fördert das lebenslange, nicht-berufsbezogene Lernen in unterschiedlichen Lebensbereichen. Ziel ist es, Wissen und Kompetenzen zu stärken – etwa in der Grundbildung, Medienkompetenz, Umweltbildung oder politischen Bildung – und die gesellschaftliche Teilhabe zu verbessern. Einrichtungen der Erwachsenenbildung sind beispielsweise Volkshochschulen, Vereine oder Bildungsträger. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf Zielgruppen, die erschwerten Zugang zu Bildung haben. Formale, non-formale oder informelle Lernkontexte sind möglich. Was ist mit Erasmus+ in der Berufs- und Erwachsenenbildung möglich? Stellen Sie sich vor: Eine Auszubildende arbeitet drei Wochen in einem Betrieb in Finnland. Ein Weiterbildner besucht ein Fachtraining in Portugal. Bildungseinrichtungen aus Deutschland und Polen entwickeln Lernangebote zur finanziellen Grundbildung für Erwachsene mit geringeren Chancen. Eine deutsche Berufsschule arbeitet zusammen mit einem spanischen Bildungsträger an einem eLearning-Kurs für Fachkräfte. All das ist Erasmus+ – und mehr! Mobilität Lernen und Lehren im Ausland Mit Erasmus+ können Bildungseinrichtungen ihren Auszubildenden, Lehrkräften oder Lernenden in der Erwachsenenbildung Auslandsaufenthalte in Europa ermöglichen. […] The study visit brings together representatives from the National Coordination Offices for the European Agenda for Adult Learning from various European countries, as well as staff from ministries, partner institutions, and organizations involved in adult and continuing education. The three-day program offers insights into national and regional approaches to skills development, collaboration among various stakeholder groups, and the role of adult and continuing education in shaping the green and digital transitions. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, learn about practical examples from Germany, and discuss strategies for strengthening skills partnerships. The goal of the study visit is to develop a deeper understanding of how the principles of the EU’s “Pact for Skills” initiative are implemented in practice within the German continuing education system.
