[…] Text, Würdigung der Preisträgerinnen und Preisträger, Weitere Informationen Der European Innovative Teaching Award ( EITA ) würdigt jedes Jahr heraussragende Unterrichtspraktiken, die im Rahmen von Erasmus+-Projekten entwickelt wurden. In diesem Jahr nimmt der Award das Thema Demokratiebildung und bürgerschaftliches Engagement in den Fokus. Mit dem European Innovative Teaching Award ( EITA ) 2025 zeichnet die Europäische Kommission dieses Jahr Projekte zum Thema „Citizenship education – participation in democratic life, common values and civic engagement“ aus. Ziel ist es, demokratische Teilhabe zu fördern, europäische Werte zu vermitteln und zivilgesellschaftliches Handeln sichtbar zu machen. Der Award greift jedes Jahr ein aktuelles bildungspolitisches Thema der Europäischen Union auf. Seit seiner Einführung im Jahr 2021 wurden bereits fast 400 Projekte in ganz Europa ausgezeichnet. Frühere Schwerpunkte waren unter anderem „Distance and blended Learning“ (2021), „Learning together, promoting creativity and sustainability“ (2022), „Education and innovation“ (2023) und „Well-being at school“ (2024). Neues Auswahlverfahren in Deutschland Für die EITA -Nominierung 2025 wendet die Nationale Agentur beim BIBB in diesem Jahr erstmals das Verfahren der Direktauswahl (Direct Selection) an und verleiht den Preis ausschließlich in der Kategorie Erwachsenenbildung . Berücksichtigt werden abgeschlossene Erasmus+-Projekte der Leitaktion 2 (Partnerschaften für Zusammenarbeit), die von einer deutschen Einrichtung im Bereich Erwachsenenbildung koordiniert wurden, deren Abschlussberichte als Projektbeispiele guter Praxis ausgewählt wurden und die thematisch zum Jahresthema passen. Die Auswahl erfolgt durch die Nationale Agentur beim BIBB . Die offizielle Bekanntgabe der durch die EU -Kommission ausgezeichneten Projekte erfolgt am 15.
