V. in Düsseldorf. […] The study visit brings together representatives from the National Coordination Offices for the European Agenda for Adult Learning from various European countries, as well as staff from ministries, partner institutions, and organizations involved in adult and continuing education. The three-day program offers insights into national and regional approaches to skills development, collaboration among various stakeholder groups, and the role of adult and continuing education in shaping the green and digital transitions. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, learn about practical examples from Germany, and discuss strategies for strengthening skills partnerships. The goal of the study visit is to develop a deeper understanding of how the principles of the EU’s “Pact for Skills” initiative are implemented in practice within the German continuing education system.
